Library and Knowledge Service

All Trust staff, plus patients and visitors are welcome to visit our libraries during staffed hours:

Musgrove Park Hospital Library: Staffed Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm

Yeovil Academy Library: Staffed Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm* (*hours may vary)

We have two physical library sites, one at Musgrove Park Hospital Academy (Jubilee Building) and one at Yeovil District Hospital (Academy, Level 4). Our libraries contain our book collections plus study spaces and PCs for staff use. There is also a small study space at Cheddon Lodge at the Wellsprings site in Taunton.

Trust staff and students on placement can join the Library to borrow books and to have 24/7 access to our libraries. Full information on our services for colleagues can be found on our Colleague Knowledge and Library Service website.

Patients and hospital visitors are welcome to visit our Library spaces during staffed hours to browse our collections and speak to Library staff about how to find high quality health information. We also have a website dedicated to Patient and Public Health Information.
