Palliative or end of life care information
- Marie Curie – provides expert hospice care, support over the phone, and push for a better end of life care for all by campaigning and sharing research to change the system.
- Somerset End of Life Care and Bereavement Support – helping to provide the best care to the person with a life-limited illness and their loved ones by providing information, resources and education to all in Somerset.

- Melanoma Focus – a national charity dedicated to providing help and support to melanoma patients and professionals.

- Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation – a lung charity dedicated to helping and supporting everyone affected by lung cancer from diagnosis, through treatment, living with the disease and end of life care.
Prostate cancer
- Prostate Cancer UK – they help to invest in funding research to stop prostate cancer, find better treatments and better tests that can spot fast-growing cancers early.
- Somerset Prostate Support Association (SPSA) – a registered charity that provide a source of help and support for Somerset men diagnosed with prostate cancer and their families.

- Leukaemia Care – UK’s leading leukaemia charity that have dedicated to ensuring that everyone affected receives the best possible diagnosis, information, advice, treatment and support.
- Lymphoma action – a UK charity dedicated to lymphoma, the fifth most common cancer. They provide trusted information and support, helping thousands of people affected by lymphoma.
- Anthony Nolan – a charity that aims to save and improve the lives of people with blood cancer and blood disorders.
- Blood Cancer UK – a community dedicated to beating blood cancer by funding research, supporting those affected, and campaigning for change.
Colorectal cancer
- Bowel Cancer UK – a UK bowel cancer charity that are determined to save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affect by bowel cancer.
Head and neck cancer
- The Swallows – a nationwide charity known as “The Swallows Head and Neck Cancer Group” because of the difficulty a lot of people have with swallowing. The Swallows was formed to help and support patients and their careers.

Upper GI Cancer
- Pancreatic Cancer UK – providing breakthroughs through research, change through campaigning and support through their expert nurses to everyone with pancreatic cancer.
- OPA Cancer Charity (Oesophageal and Gastric Support) – they aim to improve the survival and quality of life for patients with Oesophageal and Gastric Cancer. They do this by increasing awareness and encouraging early diagnosis by providing advice and support through the journey.
- British Liver Trust – a liver health charity working to improve liver health for all and supporting those affected by liver disease or cancer.
- Guts UK – a charity for the digestive system from top to tail: the gut, liver and pancreas. They provide expert information for people living digestive conditions and symptoms.
Gynaecological cancers
- Ovacome – an ovarian cancer charity providing support and information. They work with leading experts to provide the latest, most relevant and personalised information to those affected.
- The eve appeal – a gynae cancer charity that aim to prevent gynae cancers from developing in the first place. They also want to make sure they are detected early so more women and people with gynae organs survive their diagnosis through education and increased awareness of the signs and symptoms of gynae cancers.
