Everybody receiving care from Somerset NHS Foundation Trust and their carers can be referred to our chaplaincy. You do not have to be an inpatient. You can self-refer or refer somebody you are caring for by emailing or telephoning us.
You can also speak to your care coordinator or any member of staff on an inpatient unit to make a referral for you.
