
The menopause can be a period of significant change, not only physically with symptoms such as hot flushes, brain fog, and muscle aches, but also emotionally with changes such as experiencing low mood, anxiety, and irritability.
The online course across 2 sessions aims to help you learn more about the menopause and introduce you to cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). You will learn a number of CBT techniques that can be put into practice to improve your sleep, increase your motivation and help you manage your worries and stress levels.
The sessions are running on the Wednesdays Wednesdays 23rd and 30th April 6-7pm. on Microsoft teams. (you will need to be able to attend both sessions).
These are open to anybody experiencing perimenopause or menopause symptoms and feels they could benefit from learning more about how to manage the menopause and improve their wellbeing.
